- How do I delete my Logbook account?
- On iPhone: open Logbook → Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion is final and removes all your workouts, photos, posts, and profile data within 30 days. If you can't access the iPhone app, email privacy@logbook.net.nz from the email on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.
- How do I reset my password?
- Open the iPhone app or the web sign-in page at logbook.net.nz/app/login and tap "Forgot password." We'll email a reset link to the address on your account.
- I signed in with Apple and forgot which email Apple gave Logbook. What do I do?
- On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Logbook → there you can see (and revoke) the relay email Apple created. Use that address to sign in or reset your password.
- Can I export my workout history?
- Yes. In the app, open Settings and tap Export Data. Logbook builds a full copy of your training history as a portable archive with human-readable JSON and CSV files, then lets you save or share it. You own your data and can take it with you at any time.
- I found a bug. Where do I report it?
- Email support@logbook.net.nz with as much detail as you can: what you were doing, what happened, what you expected to happen, your iPhone model, iOS version, and Logbook app version (Settings → About).
- I think there's a security vulnerability. How should I report it?
- Please email security@logbook.net.nz with subject "Security disclosure." We'll acknowledge within 72 hours. Don't publish the vulnerability before we've had a chance to fix it. Coordinated disclosure is appreciated and we'll credit you if you want.
- Does Logbook work on Android?
- Not yet as a native app. The web companion at logbook.net.nz/app works on any modern browser (including Android Chrome, mobile Safari, desktop Chrome/Firefox/Edge) and lets you sign in to read your workouts, clubs, profile, and notifications. Logging is iPhone-only at launch. Android logging support is on the post-launch roadmap.
