One-line summary
Logbook is a focused iPhone training journal for lifters who want fast logging, real progress, and club accountability, without the social-fitness noise.
The longer version
Fitness apps have spent the last decade optimising for engagement: endless feeds, leaderboards, push notifications designed to drag you back in. Logbook optimises for follow-through. Less noise. More training. A record you can trust five years from now.
The product is built around three moments: logging (three-second set entry with previous-set autofill and a keyboard built for lifters), progress (best set, average volume, sessions, and muscle focus living on the exercise itself), and clubs (training groups that are invite-only by default, with a chronological feed instead of a ranked public timeline).
Logbook is built in New Zealand by Miles Miller. The iPhone app is launching in 2026. The web companion at logbook.net.nz/app is in development.
