How Clubs work

Your club, your rules.

Invite your training partners and share the sessions you choose. Check the club’s audience before posting, and keep personal sessions private whenever you prefer.

  • See shared sessions in chronological order
  • Workout sharing with full context, metrics, and comments
  • Choose what you share and who you train with
Why clubs

Club-first by design.

Bring your training partners into the picture when you want to. Your own workout record remains at the centre.

  1. 01

    Accountability

Share a session when you want encouragement or a conversation about your training.

  2. 02

    Context

Comments and reactions come from people who understand your training, not anonymous spectators.

  3. 03

    Privacy

Choose your audience before sharing. Public clubs have a wider audience; invite-only clubs restrict access to members.

For coaches

Club FAQ

How clubs actually work.

What are Logbook clubs?
Clubs are groups for people who train together. Share a workout, react to a personal best and talk about the session in the iPhone app. Clubs support different audiences, including invite-only and public. Joining a club is optional; Logbook also works as your personal training journal.
Can I be in multiple clubs?
Yes. You can join different groups and choose where to share a session. Your training partners and your sports team do not have to be the same group.
Are clubs and coaching the same product?
They share the same Logbook identity, but serve different needs. Clubs bring people together around training. Teams add coach-assigned sessions. Personal app plans and organisation coaching are separate offers; the current coaching experience and its limitations are described on the coaching page.
Who can see what I share?
Check the audience before posting a workout. A session shared to a public club can be seen outside your training circle. An invite-only club restricts access to its members. You can keep personal workouts private instead of posting them.
What can my coach see?
Coaching review is limited to the team’s assigned sessions. Coaches can see submission status; detailed results require the athlete’s sharing consent. Personal workouts remain private. A saved submission does not prove that every prescribed set was performed. Detailed native iPhone reporting parity is still being verified.
Can I join from Android?
Yes. Open a team invitation in your browser, sign in with your Logbook account and confirm joining. The web app supports strength logging, history and assigned sessions. The screenshots on this page show iPhone; social features such as messaging do not yet have full web parity.
