Logbook does not sell or share your personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising (the "sale" or "sharing" definitions under California's CPRA). We do not transfer your data to data brokers, audience-matching networks, or advertising platforms. We do not run third-party ad pixels.

There is no "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" toggle for Logbook because there is no selling to opt out of. This page exists to confirm that in writing, and to point you to the rights you do have.

Rights you can exercise

Limit sensitive data

Under CPRA, you can limit how we use sensitive personal information. Logbook only uses sensitive data (health data) to provide the service itself — never for advertising or profiling.

Delete your account

Delete everything we hold about you. In-app or via the deletion request form. Completed within 30 days.

Access, correct, port

Request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or get a portable export. Email privacy@logbook.net.nz — 30-day turnaround.

Authorised agents

California residents may use an authorised agent to submit a rights request. We'll verify both your identity and the agent's authorisation before acting. Email privacy@logbook.net.nz with your written authorisation.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — no degraded service, no different pricing, no withheld features.

Full details in our Privacy Policy — see the "California residents" and "Your rights" sections.
